Creative Ceramic Workshops

ArTheme of the workshop

The workshop will guide participants on how to carve and/or decorate different lighting objects, which will be formed on the wheel and ready to be carved in a leather hard stage. Each participant receives 2 objects to carve (tea candle holder and aroma lamp). Finished objects can be picked up a week after the workshop.

About the workshop leader:
Helena has been working with clay for over 10 years. In 2013 she completed a formal pottery education. After taking over a well established ceramic shop in Prague, and presenting work of over 70 local ceramists, she ran ceramic classes at local schools. When moving to The Netherlands, her potters wheel, kiln and pottery tools were first to be packed for the move. She now works in idyllic Wolfheze, based in an inspirational former painting atelier built by Dutch paintress Marion de Wit. It is truly a place to be motivated.
